More specifically, your tasks include: \nOverseeing the team's daily operation and workload distribution \nEnsuring compliance with Service Level Agreements such as quality assurance and time-to-market activity \nRecruitment and people management and development \nSupporting initiatives by the Country Lead and Global Directors \nReporting on progress and development for internal and external stakeholders \nRisk management and mitigation \nSince we operate in a global environment with global clients covering multiple time zones, we expect you to be flexible with a can-do attitude. \nWho are you going to work with?\nOur Bangkok office is currently made up of 45 employees and growing! You will be managing a very competent team of approximately 5-12 employees and operate as the link between our various in-house departments. \nWe work closely together with our colleagues in Copenhagen (HQ) as well as our other 3 office locations in Toronto, Lisbon and San Jose (Costa Rica). You will play a crucial part in growing our Bangkok office, work closely with your operations team, and report directly to the Country Lead.
