The team comprises of client engagement from Account Executive level to Managing Partner level as well as project management, overseen by the Programme Director.\nThe role will support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns (with a focus on but not limited to social and digital) across our clients portfolio, services and markets. You will play a central role in coordinating people, processes and workflows to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, within scope and governance processes and to a high standard.\nWorking across a pan-European stakeholder group, you will help drive operational excellence, collaboration and delivery consistency across campaign development, production and activation.\nResponsibilities\nManage the day-to-day delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and activation projects.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports and action trackers.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned.\nMonitor project risks, dependencies and delivery milestones, proactively resolving issues where possible.\nSupport campaign production, localisation and rollout across European markets.\nManage project finances, reporting, approvals and governance requirements.\nIdentify opportunities to improve ways of working and delivery efficiency including embracing tech tools and AI.\nSkills required\nExperience managing integrated marketing, content or campaign projects in an agency or client-facing environment.\nStrong planning, organisation and project management skills.\nAbility to coordinate multiple stakeholders, teams and workstreams effectively.\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.\nExperience managing budgets, timelines and project documentation.\nStrong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach.\nExperience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nWe believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
