The candidate should possess strong expertise in SFCC B2C architecture, integrations, performance optimization, and solution design, along with the ability to guide development teams and collaborate with business stakeholders.\nWhat you’ll be doing \nLead end-to-end technical architecture and solution design for SFCC B2C Commerce projects.\nDefine scalable, secure, and high-performance ecommerce solutions aligned with business requirements.\nReview and govern technical designs, code quality, and implementation best practices.\nDrive integrations with third-party systems such as OMS, CRM, Payment Gateways, ERP, PIM, Loyalty, and Marketing platforms.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, QA, DevOps, and Product Owners.\nPerform technical estimations, solution reviews, and risk assessments.\nSupport production issue resolution, performance optimization, and platform stability initiatives.\nMentor and guide developers and technical leads across projects.\nEnsure adherence to SFCC best practices, coding standards, and release governance.\nParticipate in client discussions, architecture workshops, and technical roadmap planning.\nWhat we want from you\nStrong hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware / SFCC B2C).\nExpertise in SFRA architecture, cartridges, controllers, ISML, OCAPI, SCAPI, hooks, and job frameworks.\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, REST APIs, and integration patterns.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and deployment processes.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure and serverless integrations (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, etc.)\nPrepare architecture diagrams, technical design documents, integration specifications, and solution blueprints.\nGood understanding of ecommerce concepts including catalog, checkout, promotions, inventory, and order management.\nExperience in performance optimization and troubleshooting.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nIf you know some of this even better\nExperience with composable commerce or headless architecture.\nExposure to Salesforce ecosystem products such as Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud.\nKnowledge of frontend frameworks.\nSFCC certifications preferred.\nWhat we can offer you\nAlongside the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting brands around the world, we’ll also prioritise your career development and help you grow your skills.
