Jeśli masz naturalną asertywność, lubisz dynamiczną egzekucję (digital, OOH, radio), a budżety i tabelki w Excelu Cię nie przerażają - świetnie się u nas odnajdziesz.\nZa co będziesz odpowiadać:\nSamodzielne prowadzenie projektów end-to-end: od przyjęcia briefu, przez koordynację produkcji, po delivery plików emisyjnych i rozliczenie.\n Koordynacja kampanii 360°: głównie formaty digitalowe (display, SoMe, rich media), ale też OOH, radio oraz materiały instore.\n Bycie łącznikiem i liderem komunikacji: sprawne zarządzanie przepływem informacji między klientem, naszą kreacją/produkcją a domem mediowym (dbasz o to, by wszyscy grali do jednej bramki i znali priorytety).\n Traffic i harmonogramy: planowanie prac grafików i DTP, pilnowanie zależności czasowych oraz wyprzedzanie ryzyk (gasimy iskry, zanim wybuchnie pożar).\n Budżety i administracja projektowa: przygotowywanie kosztorysów, pilnowanie PO-sów, wystawianie faktur i bieżące rozliczanie projektów (porządek w papierach i finansach to u nas fundament).\nBezpośredni, codzienny kontakt z klientem: partnerskie doradztwo, statusowanie i dbanie o to, by klient czuł się bezpiecznie.\nKogo szukamy:\nMasz min. 2-3 lata doświadczenia w agencji reklamowej na stanowisku Senior Account Executive lub Account Manager.\nRozumiesz pełny proces produkcyjny: wiesz, jak powstają formaty digitalowe, jak czytać mediaplan, jak zlecić DTP do OOH czy nagranie spotu radiowego.\nMasz „agencyjny spryt” i potrafisz łączyć kropki: zamiast mnożyć zadania, szukasz skrótów i synergii; gdy czegoś nie wiesz - drążysz, szukasz i….znajdujesz rozwiązanie.\nCechuje Cię odwaga i asertywność: potrafisz postawić granice, zadać trudne pytanie i przejąć inicjatywę w rozmowie z klientem czy domem mediowym, zachowując przy tym wysoką kulturę osobistą.\nSamodzielnie prowadzisz finanse projektów: masz wprawę w kosztorysowaniu, fakturowaniu i pilnowaniu rentowności zleceń.\nDobra organizacja w dynamicznym środowisku: odnajdujesz się w dużej liczbie wątków naraz, potrafisz ustalać priorytety i nie gubisz szczegółów przy szybkim tempie prac.\n Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (min.
