This responsibility includes maintaining stable client relationships, achieving growth on existing accounts and ensuring world-class work. You are expected to be the cross-functional (and pan geographic) team leader and manage medium to large scale accounts or multiple accounts or independently manages brands within accounts.\nWhat you’ll do\nWorks closely with & supports the Business Leads to translate the client’s vision and needs into business requirements, coordinate with strategy, creative & project teams on required deliverables, and manage client expectations.\nIdentify and qualify new revenue opportunities within assigned client accounts.\nProactively engage clients and identify opportunities and new interests that the client may not recognise to help drive revenue and benefit business needs as their trusted digital advisor\nEstablish day to day working relationships with internal capabilities to ensure that we can continue to grow our business and deliver.\nCollaborate with project teams to define project scope and ensure the quality of services delivered\nDevelop and deliver client-facing proposals and presentations for new business initiatives\nEnsure executional excellence within timeline and manage invoicing according to the contractual terms.\nApply expertise in digital trends, technologies, business performance analysis, and user-centered design to develop and recommend innovative solutions for clients.\nBe a role model for stewardship between the client and the agency by balancing the account’s needs with avoiding unnecessary expenditures that could otherwise be avoided through proactive planning and resource management (working with the Ops team)\nProactively identify potential client or revenue issues related to the services provided and advise the Company's designated contact accordingly.\nSkills\nAble to understand the business issues clients face in a variety of industries.\nPossesses superior communication skills, both internal and client facing.\nHas strong relationship management, organizational and project management skills.\nManages up and knows when to escalate internal and/or client concerns.\nAble to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including Creative, Media and Technical Delivery Specialists.\nAble to identify opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities with client partners.\nHas a strong interest in technology or digital marketing\nFamiliarity with ecommerce and online advertising is a plus.\nRequired Experience:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.\nMin 5 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing communications capacity with local and international clients\nDemonstrated track record of client relationship development and service.\nHas basic working knowledge of Google Analytics\nMust be proactive, a self-starter and an excellent communicator both verbal and written.\nAbility to create coherent and persuasive presentations with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.\nExperience in the hospitality industry and/or programmatic/media agencies preferred.\nPossesses superior communication skills, both internal and client facing.\nWe believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
