This crucial hybrid role will be instrumental in defining the user interface design and interactive personality of cutting-edge digital products. You will bridge static design with purposeful motion, translating complex functionalities into clear, engaging, and memorable interactions. The ideal candidate will blend strong visual design skills with the ability to articulate motion's impact on usability, contributing to impactful projects that reflect our commitment to excellence and innovation.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nDefine user interface design and the interactive personality for a range of cutting-edge digital products.\nTranslate complex functionalities into clear, engaging, and memorable user interactions through both static UI and purposeful motion design.\nContribute to impactful projects that reflect our commitment to design excellence and innovation.\nCollaborate closely with an enhanced CX team that spans strategy, research, and design expertise across multiple locations.\nTackle diverse challenges across key pillars of Customer Experience: Audience Understanding & Insights, CX Strategy, Experience Design, and CX Measurement.\nEffectively communicate and articulate your design ideas and rationale to clients and colleagues alike.\nWork collaboratively with developers and other talented professionals throughout the agency and wider network.\nPresent and defend designs persuasively to peers and executive-level stakeholders.\nMaintain a strong focus on fine detail while consistently considering the wider strategic context of projects.\nWhat you’ll need:\n3-5+ years of professional experience as a UI Designer, Product Designer, Interaction Designer, or a similar role, with a strong emphasis on both visual UI design and UI motion design.\nAgency experience with a proven track record on large-scale projects is highly valued.\nA compelling portfolio showcasing:\nStrong UI Design skills: Examples of well-structured interfaces, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and a deep understanding of usability principles.\n Strong UI Motion Design skills: Demos, videos, or interactive prototypes clearly illustrating thoughtful transitions, micro-interactions, and animations that solve problems and enhance user experience.\nProficiency in industry-standard UI Design tools, including Figma (preferred), Sketch, and Adobe XD.\nProficiency in Motion Design tools such as Adobe After Effects, Principle, ProtoPie, Lottie, or similar advanced motion prototyping tools.\nSolid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design patterns, usability, and accessibility standards.\nExperience using comprehensive, documented design systems, reusable component libraries, and implementing nested component architectures.\nExperience designing multi-channel digital experiences, particularly for Arabic audiences, is a strong plus.\n#LI-EMEA \nWe believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
