The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, designing end-to-end technical solutions, preparing BOQs/BOMs and technical proposals, and supporting the sales team throughout the opportunity lifecycle.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Pre-Sales & Requirement Understanding\nUnderstand customer requirements through meetings, calls, site surveys, and technical discussions.\nAnalyze RFPs, RFQs, tenders, BOQs, and technical specifications.\nCoordinate with sales teams to identify opportunities and develop appropriate technical solutions.\nConduct site surveys and gather infrastructure requirements where required.\nProvide technical presentations and solution walkthroughs to customers.\n2. Solution Design – Passive Networking\nDesign complete Structured Cabling Solutions for Data Centers, Server Rooms, Offices, and Enterprise Networks.\nDesign Copper and Fiber Optic Cabling solutions based on customer requirements.\nPrepare designs for:\nCat6/Cat6A/Cat7 cabling\nSingle Mode & Multimode Fiber\nFiber Trays and Enclosures\nODF/FDF\nPatch Panels\nLIUs\nPatch Cords\nRacks & Cabinets\nCable Managers\nPDU\nRaceway/Trunking\nLabeling and Cable Management\nDevelop rack layouts, cable routing, connectivity diagrams, and termination schedules.\nEnsure solutions comply with applicable industry standards and customer specifications.\n3. Data Center Solution Design\nDesign structured cabling infrastructure for Data Centers, Server Rooms, MDF/IDF and Network Rooms.\nUnderstand Data Center topology, ToR/MoR/EoR architecture and cross-connect requirements.\nDesign high-density fiber and copper connectivity solutions.\nPrepare rack elevation diagrams, connectivity diagrams, cable schedules, and pathway designs.\nConsider scalability, redundancy, cable density, airflow, and future expansion requirements.\n4. Active Networking Solutions\nUnderstand and design solutions involving:\nCore, Distribution & Access Switches\nData Center Switches\nRouters\nFirewalls\nWireless LAN\nNetwork Management\nNetwork Security\nNetwork Monitoring\nDevelop high-level network architecture and solution diagrams.\nCoordinate with OEMs/distributors for product selection, technical validation, and sizing.\nRecommend suitable OEM solutions based on technical and commercial requirements.\n5.
