value proposition.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, implement, and maintain a comprehensive ISMS compliant with ISO 27001\nLead the organization toward ISO 27001 certification and audit readiness\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate information security risks across all departments\nStrengthen data security, confidentiality, and incident response processes\nIntegrate existing security controls (logical, technical, and physical) into the ISMS framework\nConduct internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives\nDrive employee awareness and security training programs\nMonitor regulatory requirements (GDPR and others) and ensure compliance\nProfile & Requirements\nEngineering degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field\n5-10 years of experience in information security, including senior leadership roles (CISO experience is a plus)\nStrong expertise in ISO 27001 frameworks and information security governance\nSolid understanding of GDPR and regulatory compliance\nBackground in software security and secure development practices is a plus\nExcellent risk management and incident response capabilities\nStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills\nRelevant certifications are a plus (CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISA, CRISC)\nComfortable using AI tools for risk analysis, security monitoring, incident
