Tinh chỉnh cấu hình, tối ưu query, và phối hợp với đội phát triển để cải tiến các sản phẩm database/big data.\nXây dựng và hoàn thiện hệ thống monitoring, logging và alerting. Định nghĩa metrics, alert threshold, SLI/SLO/SLA và error budget cho các dịch vụ hạ tầng và database.\nDẫn dắt incident response, phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ (RCA) và post-mortem để nâng cao độ tin cậy hệ thống. Tự động hóa các quy trình vận hành (deploy, backup, PITR, failover, scaling, patching) thông qua scripting và AI Agent/MCP. Tổ chức diễn tập restore và Disaster Recovery định kỳ.\nTriển khai security hardening, RBAC, network policy, secret management và kiểm soát truy cập để bảo vệ hạ tầng và dữ liệu khách hàng.\nXây dựng và chuẩn hóa runbook, playbook và tài liệu vận hành. Review giải pháp kỹ thuật, hướng dẫn và mentor các thành viên junior. Phối hợp với đội Product, Development và khách hàng để phân tích yêu cầu và đề xuất cải tiến sản phẩm.\nYêu cầu\nTốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin, Khoa học máy tính hoặc các ngành liên quan.\nTối thiểu 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí SRE, DevOps, System Engineer hoặc DBA, trong đó có ít nhất 2 năm vận hành Kubernetes trên môi trường production.\nThành thạo quản trị Linux (Ubuntu, Rocky Linux, CentOS...). Hiểu sâu về OS internals như process, memory, filesystem, systemd và kernel tuning.\nCó kinh nghiệm thực tế triển khai, vận hành và troubleshooting Kubernetes production, bao gồm CNI, CSI, Ingress/Gateway, autoscaling và nâng cấp cluster.\nKiến thức vững về Networking (TCP/IP, Routing, DNS, VPN), Load Balancing và Reverse Proxy.\nThành thạo triển khai, vận hành và tối ưu ít nhất 2 trong các hệ thống: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch.\nCó kinh nghiệm vận hành các cụm high availability (Patroni, Galera, Sentinel, Replica Set...). Có kiến thức tốt về replication, backup & recovery (PITR), query performance tuning và storage.\nThành thạo các công cụ monitoring và logging như Prometheus, Alertmanager, Grafana, Loki, ELK/Elastic Stack hoặc các stack tương đương.\nCó kinh nghiệm với IaC (Terraform, Ansible) và CI/CD, GitOps (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Argo CD).\nCó kinh nghiệm vận hành hạ tầng trên ít nhất một nền tảng Cloud như AWS, GCP, Azure hoặc VNGCloud.\nThành thạo viết script tự động hóa bằng Bash và Python hoặc Go.\nCó khả năng trực on-call, xử lý hoặc escalate sự cố kịp thời, và dẫn dắt RCA/post-mortem.\nTư duy hệ thống mạnh và tư duy automation-first. Chủ động phát hiện rủi ro trước khi xảy ra sự cố.\nCó khả năng dẫn dắt kỹ thuật, mentor thành viên junior và phối hợp hiệu quả với nhiều team.\nỨng dụng hiệu quả AI trong công việc.
