We engage faith, relationship-building, and volunteers wherever we go to lift up and support Colorado’s most vulnerable citizens.\n** The Warehouse Lead receives, stores, and distributes all food products and supplies for the ANS kitchen and off-\nsite locations. Maintains food and supply storage areas in accordance with agency procedures and established\nsanitation standards. Organizes freezers, coolers, and dry storage areas daily to support the efficient production\nand distribution of food and non-food items. Assists with the maintenance and organization of inventory systems\nand controls. Trained and provides support to City Harvest operations as needed.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\n· Is Direct Point of Contact for all delivery drivers arriving to ANS. Receives all food and supply deliveries for\nANS and verifies the quantity, pack size, and quality of all items received against purchase orders and\ndelivery documentation.\n· Ensures proper storage and rotation of all food and supply inventory. Accurately dates and labels\nperishable and TEFAP products, stores items in accordance with established guidelines, and follows FIFO\n(First In, First Out) inventory management practices.\n· Safely operates warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, and promptly reports any\nmaintenance or safety concerns with equipment or building maintenance to the City Harvest and\nWarehouse Manager\n· Maintains agency standards for cleanliness, safety, security, and organization throughout warehouse,\nrefrigeration, freezer, and storage areas.\n· Processes requisition requests, accurately fills orders, and prepares products for delivery to kitchen\noperations, off-site locations, or any other VOAC operational needs.\n· Support and communicate with staff, vendors, and off-site locations directly and regularly concerning\nsupply needs and orders.
