This person will assist in organization-wide quality activities under the direction of the Director of Quality Services within the Quality Assurance & Research Team.\n\nLocation: Rahway, NJ 07065\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nThe position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, two years of experience in support of social service programs, and demonstrated ability in the areas of written and verbal communication, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.\nSkillful in Microsoft Office Suite is required. \nExperience with diverse community populations including young adults and adults with behavioral health needs, New Jersey regulatory bodies, New Jersey Medicaid, and/or Managed Care is highly preferable. \nKnowledge of electronic health record applications is a plus.\n\nQuality Services Coordinator Principal Responsibilities: \nProvide support to the Director in daily quality service operations of Northern New Jersey programs.\nCollaborates with program teams during accreditation periods. Provide training and guidance to program teams in accreditation standards during off-cycle timeframes. \nCollaborates with program teams during licensure reviews. Provide training and guidance to program teams in licensure, government partner, and organizational standards. \nWorks closely with the Director to prepare for and facilitate monthly and quarterly meetings including but not limited to site safety, incident review, performance improvement, and infection control.\nPrimary contact for AWARDS Help Desk inquiries; finding resolutions and providing support.\nSupports the Quality Assurance & Research department with other organization-wide activities including but not limited to internal audits, mock surveys, individual served satisfaction surveys, program outcomes, policy review and other performance improvement initiatives as assigned.\n\nWe are committed to offering our employees an exceptional comprehensive benefits package that supports their health, well-being, and personal growth.
