Based in Bucharest and reporting to the Software Development Team Lead, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping high-quality solutions that deliver excellent customer experiences while meeting defined business outcomes across UCC, IoT, Cloud, and Security domains.\nWhat you’ll do\nCollect, analyse, and formalise business requirements related to the development or modification of software systems.\nLead requirements elicitation, validation, and presentation activities with business stakeholders and delivery teams.\nCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Project Managers, Service Designers, and Solution Architects to define and agree on functional and technical specifications.\nAnalyse, plan, and monitor implementation activities in line with agreed specifications and traceability matrices.\nManage requirements throughout the project lifecycle using Agile and Waterfall methodologies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.\nCoordinate end-to-end traceability, ensuring compliance with agreed business requirements and identifying risks with appropriate mitigation actions.\nSupport the design, execution, and validation of user and technical acceptance tests, ensuring user stories meet defined acceptance criteria.\nPropose and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business analysis processes, tools, and ways of working.\nWho you are\nExperienced in business and systems analysis within large-scale digital or enterprise environments.\nConfident in defining and refining user stories, managing backlogs, and working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, TDD, and BDD.\nKnowledgeable in web-scale software development, system architecture fundamentals, and software development lifecycle processes.\nSkilled in acceptance test design, execution, and validation, with a strong focus on quality outcomes.\nComfortable using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, ARIS, and Business Process Frameworks.\nA strong communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships and manage senior stakeholders.\nOrganised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities while working under pressure.\nCustomer-focused, data-driven, and motivated by delivering measurable business value.\nHolds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.\nBrings at least two years of experience in a Business Analyst or equivalent role across full product lifecycles, with knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe.\nFamiliar with ITIL and ISEB practices.\nNot a perfect fit?\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
