Engage with 3rd party support (hardware or software vendors) to ensure problems are solved within the expected time frames.\nApply daily routine monitoring and health checks on the systems. Implement automated incident detection and optimize the system monitoring.\nParticipate in new projects activities, by providing input and solution delivery acceptance, implementing or verifying improvements in processes and work instructions, verifying configuration changes.\nInteract with customer technical staff, NOC engineers, operation managers and other groups within Service Delivery organization.\nWho you are\nCore competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:\nGeneral knowhow of Telco Cloud, CaaS/PaaS/IaaS technologies.\nAppreciated knowledge of RedHat Linux, Openshift and VMWare.\nKnowledge of Compute, Storage, SANs, Network and their maintenance.\nKnowledge of containerized functions, K8s cluster management.\nKnowledge of automation solutions and scripting/programming language (Ansible, Git, Python, Grafana).\nPreferred experience working in enterprise environment for problem solving, troubleshooting and analysis processes.\nMust have technical / professional qualifications:\nProfessional Qualifications:\nGood team player\nProblem Solver\nStrong attitude for learning new technologies and methodologies\nAbility to perform in stressing and emergency conditions\nFluency in English\nNot a perfect fit?\nWorried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
