As part of our team, you’ll work in a dynamic and multicultural environment that embraces open communication, collaboration, and teamwork.\nIf you’re ready to take responsibility and shape the future of telco infrastructure with us, then let’s level up in your career and reach the top - together.\nYour contribution:\nESG & Finance Integration: You serve as the strategic link between the ESG, Engineering and Finance teams, ensuring ESG metrics and data are seamlessly embedded into financial strategy, disclosures, and broader corporate decision-making.\nESG Technical & Operations Integration: you bridge the technical teams of various countries together to align on initiatives for the portfolio that will reduce Both CO2 and OPEX/CAPEX.\nPortfolio Management: Build up and maintain Vantage Tower's portfolio in terms of CO2 and OPEX/CAPEX savings and strategic projects.\nData Collection & Continuous Improvement: You streamline ESG data collection processes, implement BI tools and interactive PowerBI dashboards, and build action flows to enhance data reliability and operational efficiency.\nManagement Reporting & Strategic Projects: You oversee the ESG budget, track disclosure progress, and prepare monthly and quarterly executive management reports while supporting ad hoc initiatives. \nWhat makes you stand out:\nEducational Background: Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.\nProfessional Experience: Management consultancy experience, demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration within multinational organizations, and experience in portfolio management.\nTechnical Skills: Comprehensive expertise in EU Taxonomy, TCFD, and SFDR frameworks, paired with proven experience implementing BI tools, dashboards, apps, or action flows.\nSoft Skills: Highly analytical, detail-oriented, self-driven, and structured, with strong communication skills, exceptional relationship-building abilities, and a true passion for sustainability.\nLanguage Proficiency: Advanced written and spoken English skills. \nAt Vantage Towers we operate in 8 different European countries.
