This role will be responsible for supporting the development of a compelling portfolio of products and services working closely with members of the Digital Services cluster team, other product lines and product teams in Vodafone markets.\nThis role lets you build a wide range of product management skills. You’ll need to adjust priorities as business needs change, understand customers and markets across different countries, and work with various internal teams and external partners to deliver products successfully.\nCandidates should have solid experience of Product Management, cloud technologies and be able to demonstrate an ability to work with diverse teams to deliver projects on-time and in-budget\nWhat you’ll do\nKey accountabilities and decision ownership:\nActively participate in the development of portfolio strategy (3-5-year horizon) aligned to global business and commercial priorities (e.g. revenue growth and new customer acquisition).\nOwnership and accountability of product elements of the wider cloud & edge product portfolio including scope, business commercials, P&L and revenue growth forecasts.\nWork with Vodafone and Partner Markets to capture and translate customer needs into clear product capabilities and features or to optimise existing products.\nOverseeing and coordinating product development to ensure necessary leadership, governance, funding and key deliverables are achieved on time and to quality, working with respective Technology Product Leads.\nIdentifying/working with product partners and determining how they will support the creation of new products.\nPropose and lead actions to improve product quality and customer experience.\nSupport all in-life and end-of-life requirements to optimise global product performance, capability and commercials, initiating resolving actions where necessary\nWho you are\nCore competencies, knowledge and experience:\nExperience of Product Management including cloud, DevOps and managed services.\nKnowledge of cloud platforms from a service provider perspective\nExperience with opensource platforms is highly valued\nGood understanding of cloud technology, ICT professional and managed services.\nKnowledge of AI technology and principles would be beneficial\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nProven ability to tackle obstacles and drive business outcomes\nAbility to lead on behalf of their product during product development and when in-life.\nExperience working with commercial teams, technology functions and technology vendors.\nExperience working in an international business setting, with different nationalities and cultures.\nExperience working with commercial and financial principles including pricing models, vendor management and P&\n\nBenefits:\nHybrid work model \nBonus on top of the gross salary.\nMeal voucher (Ticket Restaurant), \nFlexible working hours from Monday to Thursday, and an intensive schedule on Fridays.\nIntensive Summer Schedule during July and August.\nUp to 20 days per year of 100% remote work from other locations.\nPrivate Health and Life Insurance for employees. \n25 vacation days, plus December 24th and 31st off.\nOptional Pension Plan.\nAccess to an online learning platform for continuous training.\nPlease, apply with an English version of your CV.\n#LI-Hybrid\nREF: 283698\nNot a perfect fit?\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
