This role combines project coordination, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, process improvement, and automation to help drive operational excellence and informed decision-making. The successful candidate will work closely with technical and business teams, translating requirements into actionable plans while ensuring effective delivery of projects, reporting, and governance activities.\nWhat you’ll do\nCoordinate multidisciplinary projects and initiatives across the Networks function, ensuring effective planning, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication.\nCollaborate with technical and non-technical teams to understand business requirements and align outcomes with local and regional strategies.\nSupport project prioritisation and prepare approval documentation including business cases, commercial justifications, and financial analyses.\nAnalyse technical, operational, and financial data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.\nMonitor project delivery end-to-end, proactively identifying dependencies and proposing efficiency-focused solutions.\nSupport or lead automation, standardisation, and process simplification initiatives that enhance quality and reduce operational effort.\nProduce operational, financial, budget, headcount, capacity, and governance reports for stakeholders and leadership teams.\nDevelop dashboards, presentations, project documentation, status updates, and stakeholder materials to support decision-making and transparency.\nContribute to automation initiatives such as budgeting, approval workflows, reporting tools, and process redesign activities\nWho you are\nExperience in network planning or a related field, with a minimum of three years in a similar role.\nStrong project planning and coordination capabilities with the ability to manage dependencies, timelines, risks, and deliverables.\nSkilled in business and data analysis, with the ability to transform complex information into practical recommendations.\nEffective stakeholder management and collaboration skills across technical and business environments.\nExperience in process optimisation, workflow standardisation, and automation initiatives.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to prepare professional reports, presentations, and project documentation.\nUnderstanding of network topologies, telecom technologies, and industry trends.\nKnowledge of OPEX, CAPEX, budgeting, and variance analysis principles.\nKnowledge of Power BI.\nAgile and/or PRINCE2 certification.\nEnglish language proficiency at a minimum B1 level.\nNot a perfect fit?\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
