This role focuses on defining and executing performance testing strategies across Cloud, CRM, Middleware, microservices, and cloud-native platforms while ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to agreed milestones. The successful candidate will contribute to testing automation, performance analysis, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives across multinational delivery teams.\nWhat you will do\nUnderstand telecommunications technology stacks, delivery approaches, and strategic initiatives to define effective performance testing strategies.\nDeliver testing projects and ensure efficient execution of non-functional testing activities.\nDevelop dynamic performance test scripts and scenarios using industry-standard tools.\nExecute and coordinate performance tests and communicate outcomes to stakeholders and vendor partners.\nFollow established testing processes, metrics, reporting standards, and governance requirements.\nDrive improvements in automation and identify opportunities to increase testing efficiency and reusability.\nDevelop and maintain non-functional testing strategies aligned to project risks, schedules, and testing objectives.\nCollaborate with application, development, and operations teams to investigate and resolve performance-related issues.\nEnsure quality, consistency, and accuracy of all testing deliverables.\nPromote reusability of test assets, scripts, datasets, and test frameworks across projects.\nIdentify, capture, track, and support resolution of defects through agreed defect management processes.\nContribute to lessons learnt activities and recommend improvements to testing methodologies and standards.\nCommunicate project status, risks, issues, and test outcomes to relevant stakeholders and leadership teams.\nSupport the Test Lead and Test Service Manager in delivering testing services aligned with agreed methodologies and service levels.\nWho you are\nProven experience delivering performance testing solutions within large-scale, multinational environments.\nHands-on expertise with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, SOAP UI, Gatling, or equivalent technologies.\nExperience testing across multiple protocols and enterprise platforms.\nKnowledge of CI/CD environments and tools including Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, Maven, and related technologies.\nExperience with Kubernetes, microservices architectures, AWS Cloud, and Oracle OCI environments.\nStrong performance test scripting, execution, and results analysis capabilities.\nUnderstanding of non-functional requirements and volumetric analysis.\nWorking knowledge of Java, C, VB Macros, SQL, and shell scripting to customise testing solutions.\nUnderstanding of Java/JVM architecture, garbage collection, class loading, thread dumps, and database performance analysis.\nExperience using application performance monitoring and diagnostics tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, CA Wily, HP Diagnostics, or similar solutions.\nAbility to interpret technical findings and communicate insights clearly to both technical and business audiences.\nKnowledge of supporting tools such as Fiddler, Firebug, HAR, and Lighthouse is advantageous.\nStrong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.\nCommitment to quality with a structured and methodical approach.\nAbility to work effectively in diverse and multicultural environments.\nFluent English communication skills.\nDemonstrated ability to deliver results, adapt to change, and maintain a customer-focused mindset.\nNot a Perfect Fit?\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
