This role involves hands-on development, technical solution ownership, and collaboration across cross-functional teams, including DevOps, architects, and product stakeholders. The individual will contribute to delivering robust, high-performance systems and guide teams in implementing innovative and efficient technical solutions\nWhat you’ll do\nDevelop and perform unit testing for Java/Spring Boot applications\nApply strong debugging skills to troubleshoot complex issues\nDesign and manage data models and database interactions\nConduct performance testing and tuning of applications\nLead and guide teams to identify and implement improved solutions\nTranslate business and functional Telco requirements into technical designs\nOwn solution design, configuration, and implementation across multiple teams\nDefine and configure interfaces for data exchange between services and front-end applications\nPresent high-level, solution, and technical designs to cross-functional teams\nAnalyse defects and coordinate resolution across teams\nHandle incidents and provide workarounds in complex production scenarios\nConduct code reviews and approve pull requests for complex changes\nCollaborate with Product Owners/Managers and System Architects for feature breakdown\nSupport system architecture design and high-level planning\nAssist DevOps teams in deployment across environments\nWho you are\nStrong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and database technologies (relational and non-relational)\nExperience in technical architecture, system design, and solution development (minimum 6 years in relevant areas)\nAt least 2 years of experience working in a DevOps or cloud environment\nFamiliarity with tools such as Kafka, Grafana, AWS, GitHub, Jira, and Confluence\nExperience working in Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models)\nWorking knowledge of Telco business domains (Cable/TV preferred)\nAbility to manage stakeholders effectively and collaborate across teams\nA proactive learner with a strong interest in evolving system landscapes and sharing knowledge\nEducational qualification in Computer Science or a related discipline (B.E./B.Tech, BCA/MCA, BSc/MSc\nNot a perfect fit?\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
