The role requires strong expertise in cloud technologies, container orchestration, API management, and microservices development.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and maintain technical architecture for FinTech platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.\nDesign microservices-based solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.\nEstablish API strategy and governance using APIGee.\nManage the development portal community and facilitate 3rd party integrations\nOversee Kafka clusters for real-time event streaming and messaging.\nManage PostgreSQL databases, ensuring performance optimization and data integrity.\nAdminister Kubernetes clusters and container orchestration for microservices deployment.\nEnsure cloud infrastructure (On Prem/AWS/Azure/GCP) is optimized for cost, performance, and compliance.\nLead and mentor developers and architects in building secure, high-performance microservices or applications.\nDrive DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation for faster delivery.\nImplement best practices for security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance in FinTech.\nStay updated on emerging technologies (AI, ML, Big Data) and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability and team productivity.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.\n8+ years in software development and architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.\nProven experience in FinTech or the digital payments domain.\nStrong knowledge of APIGee, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (On Prem/AWS/Azure/GCP).\nHands-on experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.\nProficiency in Java, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.) and containerization (Docker).\nExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Certifications\nCloud Certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, or GCP equivalent).\nKubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD).\nAPI Management Certifications (APIGee or similar).\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nUptime and reliability of FinTech platform infrastructure.\nDelivery of digital application, microservices within agreed timelines and quality standards.\nIntegrate 3rd party\nReduction in operational incidents and improved system resilience.\nTeam productivity and adherence to best practices
