Working closely with development teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, feature specialists and business stakeholders, you will help deliver effective digital sales and self-service support experiences through an Agile approach.\nYou will ensure that requirements are clearly defined, priorities reflect agreed business outcomes, acceptance criteria are met, risks and dependencies are managed, and commercial deadlines are achieved.\nWhat you’ll do\nCollaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to validate, refine and communicate digital requirements.\nWork with Product Owners and key stakeholders to understand changing priorities and translate them into clear delivery plans.\nManage and prioritise the digital backlog, ensuring that teams focus on the highest-value activities while maintaining an achievable workload.\nMaintain a holistic view of delivery activity across teams, identifying potential conflicts, risks and dependencies at an early stage.\nAct as the key connection between business stakeholders and digital delivery teams, managing requirements and risks while providing clear updates on delivery progress.\nHelp shape medium-term digital service delivery plans and translate them into practical priorities and deliverables.\nSupport high-quality digital execution by constructively reviewing briefs, processes and outputs.\nContribute to improved customer experiences, digital adoption, interaction completion and return on digital investment.\nWho you are\nYou have experience working within a digital production or delivery team.\nYou have practical experience of Agile development environments and ways of working.\nYou can build effective stakeholder relationships and influence decisions across different teams and organisational levels.\nYou bring strong project management, prioritisation and organisational skills.\nYou understand digital marketing sufficiently to review briefs, processes and outputs and identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.\nYou can evaluate delivery risks, dependencies and competing priorities using sound judgement and structured problem-solving.\nYou can gain support for delivery plans and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nA degree or equivalent practical experience would be beneficial.\nExperience in telecommunications would be advantageous.\nAn Agile Product Owner or Scrum Master qualification would be advantageous.\nNot a perfect fit?\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
