You will use customer insight, market dynamics and existing sales approaches to create effective campaigns and support revenue growth across multiple markets.\nWhat you’ll do\nDesign overarching go-to-market strategies for the SoHo and SME customer segments, informed by customer behaviours, pain points, market dynamics and sales insights.\nCoordinate the execution of go-to-market strategies across key Vodafone operating companies, ensuring plans are delivered on schedule.\nDevelop and deliver sales launch campaigns with local operating companies to support customer acquisition and growth ambitions.\nCreate demand-generation frameworks, content guidelines and repeatable “Campaign in a Box” materials for activation through Vodafone’s digital channels.\nMonitor commercial performance and recommend targeted acceleration plans to improve results against agreed objectives.\nTranslate commercial data into actionable insights that improve the effectiveness and return on investment of go-to-market activity.\nPartner with Product, Marketing, Brand, Portfolio, Planning and segment teams to support short-term execution and long-term growth ambitions.\nWork with strategic partners to define and deliver joint go-to-market growth plans.\nEncourage an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing approach across the SoHo and SME go-to-market design function.\nMeasure success through revenue and total contract value, customer acquisition, and operating-company engagement and activation.\nWho you are\nYou bring at least five years of relevant experience within the digital, telecommunications, managed services, IT or Software as a Service sector.\nYou have a balanced background across product or portfolio management, commercial management and marketing.\nYou understand how to develop go-to-market strategies and translate them into coordinated execution plans.\nYou can build productive relationships with strategic partners and internal stakeholders.\nYou communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.\nYou are comfortable working collaboratively in a complex, matrix-based organisation.\nYou use initiative, welcome innovation and remain focused on achieving measurable commercial outcomes.\nA degree or postgraduate business qualification would be beneficial.\nExperience within telecommunications, IT managed services or Software as a Service organisations would be advantageous.\nNot a perfect fit?\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
