The role involves interacting with internal teams and suppliers, maintaining network performance, supporting incident resolution, and contributing to the successful delivery of operational objectives\nWhat you’ll do\nPerform network maintenance activities requiring analytical skills and relevant technological understanding.\nIdentify and escalate software and hardware issues as needed.\nDocument network incidents clearly and accurately in the appropriate systems.\nMaintain communication with suppliers and collaborate effectively with internal Vodafone teams\nWho you are\nYou demonstrate the ability to understand technical concepts and analyse data.\nYou have knowledge of key architectures and protocols related to access, core and transmission networks for both fixed and mobile environments.\nYou can collaborate with virtual project teams and work effectively with partners and customers across different countries.\nYou communicate fluently in English and Romanian.\nIt is an advantage if you have knowledge of equipment technologies, IT systems specific to access, core and transport domains, and associated operating systems.\nNot a perfect fit?\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
