Our uniquecapabilities create the best voice and data to our customers and continue our advancement in the Internet ofThings (IOT), BIG Data, Cybersecurity, Cloud\nWhat you’ll do\nKey Responsibilities:\nEngaging in Sales opportunities well in advance of contract signature to ensure thorough capture of client requirements and hold a Programme kick-off as early as possible.\nPreparing and delivering client programme plan to ensure accurate expectations are set and advise clients of any critical Programme milestones.\nProviding and arranging support across regions for global programmes and providing professional end-to-end Programme Management for Clients.\nAssuring end-to-end Programme Methodology and ensure high quality results.\nLeading the virtual Programme team (as the overall primary point of contact) throughout a Client Programme lifecycle and ensure that all key milestones are met.\nEnsuring that Programme delivery activities are coordinated between the Client, Sales account team, and internal groups (e.g. Service Management).\nEffectively managing programme budget and ensuring that a clean hand-over to the Client & Service Management team at the close of each Programme is facilitated.\nCapturing client business priorities, critical information & agree programme plan and ensuring that service activations are scheduled & facilitated with the client.\nCoordinating, hosting and attending virtual team meetings with clients, account teams, and internal groups.\nProactively providing the Client, Sales Rep(s) & Service Manager with frequent programme progress reports, highlighting Risks, Actions, Issues &/or Dependencies (written & verbal as appropriate).\nProviding programme dashboard reports to key internal & client stakeholders\nAssessing, recording & mitigating risks / dependencies against programme on-time delivery, quality &/or budget and Leading cross functional teams to take preventative (& corrective) action on any programme related issues and escalate as required to ensure client requirements and due dates are met.\nEnsuring that programmes are documented to a high standard, communicated and agreed with the client according to the Group technology Programme Management standards and the contract and NPS Client surveys are initiated at the completion of each Programme.\nProviding Programme Management expertise to the Account team & Client to ensure the delivery of a professional Programme Management Service throughout the Programme Delivery and ensuring that accurate system records and reports are maintained (e.g.: Web time, RYG).\nWho you are\nWe are looking for the successful candidate to be a highly capable and experienced end-to-end Programme Manager who will be responsible for leading and owning the end-to-end delivery of multiple technical Programmes in line with a multi-country deployment strategy.\nEssential:\nExtensive Programme Management skills and experience and successful track record of Programme/Programme Managing complex inter-company initiatives.\nCritical Technical SkillsProgram & Project Management\nEnd-to-end program lifecycle management\nManaging multiple interdependent projects\nBudget, scope, risk, and resource management\nStakeholder and vendor management\n\nAgile & Traditional Delivery MethodologiesAgile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)\nWaterfall and Hybrid delivery models\nSprint planning and release management\n\nTelecommunications Domain Knowledge ( Mandatory)Underlay Technologies ( IPVPN/MPLS/Internet/Dedicated Ethernet/DWDM)\nOverlay Technologies ( SDWAN -Fortinet/Cisco/Versa/Juniper)\nLAN Technologies (SDLAN -Mist/Aruba/ACI)\nUnified Communications ( SIP/Voice)\nSecurity ( SSE-Zscaler/Cato/Fortinet/Firewalls)\nNetwork transformation and deployment\nTelecom infrastructure and operations ( ITSM)\nAWS, Azure, or Google Cloud fundamentals\nCloud migration programs\n\nWorking for Customer technical project management team delivering infra solutions.\nManagement of multiple stakeholders\nAbility to manage from a distance, resources who work for other organisations\nA self-starter with a determination to succeed balanced with appropriate tact and diplomacy.\nExcellent communications skills\nExceptional interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, integrity, respect for confidentiality, sound judgment and decision-making skills.\nExperience of using MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI Programme required.\nExperience of using Programme support tools, such as SharePoint, Programme management reporting tools (e.g. Planview), SAP, MPP\nDesirable:\nPMP (Project Management Professional)\nPRINCE2 Practitioner\nPMI-ACP\nCertified Scrum Master (CSM)\nSAFe Agilist\nITIL Foundation\nLean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt\nNot a perfect fit?\nWorried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
