end-to-end visibility of connections, activations, SIM registration, airtime sales, gross additions, channel performance and point-of-sale productivity.\nOversee analysis of field execution across regions, territories, distributors, channels, routes and points of sale, including coverage, outlet productivity and distribution effectiveness.\nMonitor Distribution Management System performance and deliver actionable insights to Sales Operations and regional leadership.\nCommissions and incentive performance\nOversee the monitoring and evaluation of sales commission and incentive schemes, including implementation, effectiveness and performance outcomes.\nEnsure commission calculations and incentive reports are validated and support reconciliation and payment verification with Finance and Billing.\nData governance, quality and control\nEstablish data definitions, validation, reconciliation and control standards that create a reliable single source of truth.\nEnsure accuracy, analytical discipline, innovation and continuous improvement across the organisation.\nCore competencies, knowledge and experience:\nExtensive experience in BI, analytics, reporting and commercial performance management.\nStrong telecom commercial, sales, distribution and financial acumen.\nProven ability to translate complex data into concise executive insights and recommendations.\nLeadership experience with strong stakeholder influence across senior and cross-functional teams.\nHigh analytical rigour, strategic thinking, judgement and attention to detail.\nMust have technical / professional qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.\nAdvanced Power BI, SQL and Microsoft Excel.\nWorking knowledge of Oracle databases, data warehouses, data modelling, ETL and data-validation techniques.\nExperience in forecasting, statistical analysis, dashboard development and business-case evaluation.\nTelecommunications or another data-intensive industry experience for at least 5
