This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical thinking, hands-on technical capability and a commitment to delivering reliable, secure and efficient platform solutions.\nWhat you will do\nDevelop, configure and customise ServiceNow applications in line with business requirements.\nDeliver and optimise complex ServiceNow integrations using industry-standard methods.\nBuild and maintain Service Portal components, widgets and user interfaces.\nApply advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle to ensure robust and scalable outcomes.\nUtilise understanding of various SCDL methodologies to support structured delivery.\nTroubleshoot issues, analyse root causes and implement sustainable solutions.\nCollaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.\nProvide guidance and leadership to team members where required.\nManage priorities and timelines to meet project objectives.\nWho you are\nMinimum 3-4 years’ experience as a ServiceNow Developer..\nStrong expertise in ServiceNow integrations and Service Portal development.\nStrong Expertise with Javascript\nAdvanced understanding of the software development lifecycle.\nGood awareness of SCDL methodologies.\nDemonstrates critical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.\nExperienced in team collaboration and capable of supporting or guiding colleagues.\nStrong organisational and time-management skills.\nEffective communication and interpersonal abilities.\nPreferred qualifications: ServiceNow CSA certification and Service Portal micro-certification.\nNot a Perfect Fit?\nVodafone is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
