If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.\nWhat you’ll do\nTake active role in coordination of key projects (JV, M&A’s, Partnerships)\nAct as the central coordinator across cross-functional teams ensuring alignment, timely execution, and effective stakeholder management throughout strategic projects.\nDrive day-to-day project management activities, including workstream coordination, progress tracking, issue resolution, and follow-up of key action items to ensure successful project delivery.\nFacilitate decision-making processes by aligning internal stakeholders on strategic priorities, project objectives, timelines, and key deliverables.\nPrepare transaction-related documentation such as pitchbooks, information memorandum, management presentations and other marketing materials\nAnalyze financial and operational data of potential targets and new business opportunities\nPerforming financial analysis, financial modelling and valuation for M&A transactions (discounted cash flow, trading and transaction multiple methodologies)\nIdentification of new business opportunities, and determine the feasibility and strategic rationale of VFTR.\nMonitor sector’s trends, conduct market, competition, customer analyses backed by benchmark studies, study the impact on the company and recommend strategic actions accordingly\nCoordinating data room during due diligence process\nPartner closely with internal and external stakeholders for the execution of key projects\nPrepare presentation about the status of the projects and key highlights to the Exco and VOLT level.\nWho you are\nBachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, computer science, marketing or related discipline.\nStrong acumen in project management with excellent presentation/communication skills\n4+ years of experience in understanding of key corporate finance terminology & experience in valution and business modeling\nCollaborative approach with different stakeholders\nCan manage through ambiguity and a complex matrix environment\nThe ability of analytical thinking,\nBeing a team player,\nPro-active approach\nPowerful interaction skills,\nAbility to multi-task, meet deadlines required,\nStrong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\nFluent English\nNot a perfect fit?\nWorried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
