The role ensures that digital products deliver exceptional user experiences while adhering to architectural standards, security requirements, and coding best practices. The Front-End Developer collaborates closely with UX/UI Consultants, Back-End Developers, Product Owners, and QA teams to translate design concepts and business requirements into intuitive and scalable digital experiences.\nKey Accountabilities\nDevelop responsive web and mobile interfaces using modern front-end frameworks and technologies.\nConvert UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into high-quality production code.\nImplement reusable components and front-end libraries.\nOptimize applications for speed, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.\nIntegrate front-end applications with APIs and back-end services.\nEnsure compliance with secure coding standards and development best practices.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.\nConduct unit testing and support automated UI testing.\nParticipate in code reviews and continuous integration practices.\nTroubleshoot and resolve front-end issues and defects.\nProject management\nStakeholder management\nRisk management\nCompliance and auditing\nCore competencies, knowledge and experience:\n3-5 years of experience in front-end development.\nStrong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.\nExperience with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.\nFamiliarity with REST APIs and JSON.\nStrong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.\nExperience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nEffective communication and teamwork capabilities.\nExcellent command of English.\nMust have technical skills\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.\nStrong proficiency in:HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS\nJavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript\nReact.js, Angular, or Vue.js\nBootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI\n\nExperience with testing tools such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.\nFamiliarity with state management libraries (Redux, NgRx, Pinia).\nKnowledge of web performance optimzation and accessibility (WCAG).\nUnderstanding of secure coding practices (OWASP).\nRelevant certifications in modern front-end technologies are an advantage.\n\nWho we are\nWe are a leading international Telco, serving millions of customers.
