The role supports the Reward & Benefits strategy through effective operations, provider management, analytics and people leadership\nRole Profile\nManage the delivery and continuous improvement of employee benefits programmes, including relevant medical, risk, wellbeing, flexible benefits, phone and car programmes.\nOversee benefits administration, employee queries and escalations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and a positive employee experience.\nManage benefits providers and brokers; monitor service levels and coordinate renewals and issue resolution.\nMonitor benefits costs, utilisation and performance; prepare reports and recommend cost and process improvements.\nLead, coach and develop 2 direct reports; maintain governance, policy compliance, confidentiality and effective stakeholder collaboration.\nCompetencies and Qualifications\nBenefits / HR / Reward knowledge\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills\nStakeholder and vendor management\nCommunication and project management\nPeople leadership and continuous improvement\nMust have technical / professional qualifications:\nRelevant degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business or a related field.\nExperience in employee benefits, HR or Reward operations.\nStrong Excel, reporting and Microsoft Office skills.\nExperience managing providers, projects or service delivery\nArabic and English communication skills; knowledge of local benefits governance is an advantage\nNot a perfect fit?\nWorried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
