If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.\nWhat you’ll do\nThe job holder will have the end-to-end ownership of the bid process for Public sector customers overlooking both the internal and partner/vendor teams in collaboration with the relevant presales specialists and account managers\nKey Accountabilities\nAnalyse and present the RFP non-technical requirements in cooperation with internal & partner bid teams, overviewing the preparation of all bid participation requirements, from legal documents to typical completeness of all aspects of the proposal in collaboration with internal and external presales teams\nEnsure timely and on specs submission of public tender proposals, performing final review of the non-technical submission documents and ensuring compliance to requirements, and follow up on tender status post-submission\nHandle legal issues as advised by Vodafone and external legal teams, making sure that all information required to run the activities is gathered aiding the decision making for the different parts of the bidding process\nAnalyse competition non-technical responses, identify faults and prepare justifications for legal actions\nWho you are\nBachelor’s degree. Master’s degree or higher is considered an asset\nAt least 3 years of experience of working in full ownership on Public Sector bids\nThorough knowledge of the legal and institutional framework of Public Procurement (i.e. Directive 2014/24/EU, national Law 4412/16)\nThorough and independent knowledge of ΕΣΗΔΗΣ is considered a must (other public bid submission platforms is desirable)\nExcellent command in writing and speaking of the Greek and English language\nNot a perfect fit?\nWorried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
