You will assess requirements, plan and execute migrations, and help ensure minimal disruption to business operations. Based in Pune, this role requires practical experience with cloud migration methodologies, infrastructure administration, security hardening, automation and advanced technical troubleshooting.\nWhat you’ll do\nAssess, plan and execute migrations of applications, data and infrastructure to modern cloud platforms.\nPerform migrations of virtual machines, databases, applications and data to Microsoft Azure using Azure Migrate, Azure Site Recovery and Azure Database Migration Service.\nCollaborate with developers, database administrators, system administrators and other cross-functional stakeholders.\nMonitor migrated environments to maintain performance, security, reliability and operational stability.\nTroubleshoot migration-related issues, complete root-cause analysis and implement effective resolutions.\nDeliver Level 3 infrastructure administration, including installation, configuration, monitoring and maintenance.\nIdentify, assess and remediate infrastructure vulnerabilities to support security compliance and reduce risk exposure.\nApply operating-system security-hardening practices in accordance with organisational and industry standards.\nUse Bash, Python or similar scripting technologies to automate routine activities and support enterprise system automation.\nProduce technical documentation and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions to enable ongoing maintenance and support.\nWho you are\nYou have hands-on experience migrating platforms to cloud services or managed-instance environments.\nYou understand cloud migration methodologies and tools, particularly within Microsoft Azure.\nYou have experience with infrastructure technologies such as Linux, VMware and vCenter.\nYou hold a cloud certification relating to Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform.\nYou possess broad IT knowledge, including service delivery, operations and emerging technologies.\nYou understand ITIL frameworks and their practical application within IT service management.\nYou are familiar with relevant compliance and governance requirements, including GDPR.\nYou apply strong analytical, problem-solving and advanced troubleshooting skills.\nYou communicate clearly in writing and conversation, build trusted stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively across teams.\nYou follow through reliably on agreed actions and focus on achieving timely outcomes.\nNot a perfect fit?\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
