This role is ideal for an experienced content professional who enjoys working with digital platforms, content management systems and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused digital experiences. You will help manage and improve web content, digital campaigns, emails, banners and promotional assets while ensuring consistency with brand standards and design guidelines.\nWhat you’ll do\nCreate, update and maintain digital content assets including webpages, responsive emails, display advertising, banners and promotional content.\nConduct content reviews to ensure accuracy, quality and consistency across digital channels.\nCollaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure content remains current, relevant and aligned with business objectives.\nManage content using content management systems and support colleagues through knowledge sharing and training where required.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, customer journeys and overall customer experience.\nParticipate in cross-functional projects and work closely with copywriters, designers and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.\nFollow brand standards, messaging frameworks and design system principles to ensure a consistent digital experience.\nWho you are\nYou have 3+ years of content editing or digital content management experience.\nYou possess strong knowledge of content management systems, ideally including headless CMS platforms.\nYou have strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.\nYou can manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively within a fast-paced environment.\nYou have project management capabilities and a structured approach to delivering high-quality work.\nYou are comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across different functions, teams and geographies.\nYou have experience using Office 365 tools and project management platforms to manage content revisions and version control.\nBasic understanding of telecommunications products, services and technology is advantageous.\nYou can interpret requirements, work from creative briefs and deliver content aligned with brand and tone-of-voice guidelines.\nNot a perfect fit?\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
