You will support the governance, delivery and continuous improvement of financial controlling, reporting and data management processes. The role focuses on accurate and timely financial submissions, month-end closing, planning, data quality and collaboration with local Finance, Vodafone Group and Data & Analytics stakeholders.\nWhat you’ll do\nDeliver month-end closing, financial planning and Group Reporting activities, ensuring accurate and timely submissions to central reporting systems.\nPerform financial data quality checks, reconciliations and governance activities to maintain consistent and reliable information.\nSupport and maintain controlling tools, reporting processes and financial data models.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify and continuously improve reporting and controlling processes.\nAnalyse reporting requirements and evaluate the impact of business, process or system changes.\nCoordinate the implementation of reporting changes with relevant stakeholders.\nInvestigate and resolve reporting issues, managing escalations in line with governance standards.\nCollaborate with Finance, Vodafone Group and Data & Analytics stakeholders.\nProvide operational backup for business-critical financial processes.\nContribute to the timely delivery and quality of reports, plans, budgets and forecasts while supporting internal and external customer satisfaction.\nWho you are\nYou have experience in financial controlling, management reporting, financial governance or a related finance function.\nYou have German language proficiency at C1 level or above, both written and spoken.\nYou communicate professionally in English.\nYou have advanced Microsoft Excel skills.\nYou have practical knowledge of SAP and financial reporting systems.\nYou understand financial planning, performance management, reporting and data quality processes.\nYou are comfortable working with complex financial information and cross-functional stakeholders.\nYou bring strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.\nYou can work independently while maintaining a structured, quality-focused and solution-oriented approach.\nExperience with reporting databases and planning tools such as Essbase, Smart View, Jedox, HFM or NGC would be advantageous.\nNot a perfect fit?\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
