This role is focused on real-time cyber threat management, DDoS attack detection and mitigation, incident response, customer support, and security operations. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, global teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to protect critical infrastructure, optimise threat management processes, and contribute to a highly responsive cyber security environment. The position includes shift-based operations, 24/7 coverage responsibilities, and participation in on-call activities\nWhat you’ll do\nMonitor, investigate, and respond to cyber security incidents, with a particular focus on DDoS attacks and threat management activities.\nAnalyse alerts and network traffic to identify attack patterns, attack vectors, and malicious activity.\nImplement and adjust mitigation controls, filters, and countermeasures to improve response effectiveness.\nCollaborate with customers to resolve cyber security incidents and provide risk reduction recommendations.\nAdvise customers on recent threats, mitigation strategies, and security best practices.\nSupport onboarding activities for new customers and ensure successful platform integration.\nPartner with sales teams by providing technical expertise during customer engagements and solution discussions.\nManage security configurations and perform operational changes required to maintain service level commitments.\nContribute to major incident management, problem management, and continuous service improvement initiatives.\nWork with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues, improve operational processes, and identify automation opportunities.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.\nWho you are\nBachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline.\nStrong command of English.\nExperience in cyber security incident response and threat management, ideally with exposure to DDoS mitigation operations.\nKnowledge of cyberattack analysis, attack identification, and security operations practices.\nAbility to analyse network packets and distinguish malicious traffic from legitimate traffic.\nKnowledge of the NIST Incident Response Process and MITRE ATT&CK framework.\nFamiliarity with Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) and real-time cyber threat management environments.\nExperience with DDoS detection and mitigation technologies, including platforms such as Radware DefencePro, Radware DefenceFlow, or Arbor DDoS Protection.\nRelevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, GCIH, or OSCP are highly valued.\nA collaborative approach, strong analytical thinking, and a customer-focused mindset.\nNot a perfect fit?\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
