The CVM Performance & Insights Analyst is responsible for monitoring commercial and campaign performance, evaluating A/B tests and personalization initiatives, and translating data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that influence business decisions.This role focuses on understanding why performance changes, identifying key drivers, and supporting optimization of targeting, offers and customer engagement strategies across the customer lifecycle. The analyst works on top of existing data foundations and dashboards, using deep analytical thinking and SQL-based analysis when required to inform decisions.\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn monitoring of campaign and commercial KPIs;\nLead A/B test and experimentation analysis;\nDeliver clear, actionable business recommendations;\nDrive SQL deep-dives on performance drivers;\nAct as trusted analytics partner to squads and stakeholders.\nWho you are\nDegree in Management, Economy, Math, Engineering or Data Science;\nAnalytical and critical thinking, with the ability to move from data to recommendation;\nExperience in performance analysis, business analytics, marketing analytics or CVM/CRM analytics;\nAbility to communicate insights clearly and influence decision-making;\nExperience interpreting dashboards and analytical outputs;\nSQL - Mandatory; experience with Google BigQuery is a plus.\n\nEnglish and Portuguese fluency.\nNot a perfect fit?\nWorried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
