If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.\nWhat you’ll do\nYou will be responsible for ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of applications across the Data Domain.\nMore specifically you will:\nOperate, administer, and maintain assigned systems or services in terms of Maintenance & administration, Incident management, Problem management, Change & Release management, all with necessary strong Vendor management \nPerform day-to-day L1&2 support activities, incident and service request management, problem analysis and resolution, configuration changes, health check & housekeeping activities. \nTriage tickets to support team, identify bug fixes enhancements and minor code product issues and escalate to appropriate teams, fault logging tracking and resolution, batch processing, interface management, extend support during release and deployment \nPerform fault detection, analysis, isolation, rectification, and verification activities accompanied by a close cooperation with vendor and other operational teams to supply the defined quality of assigned systems in terms of an adequate Incident repair times and system/service availability \nWho you are\nBachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or other relative field \n1-3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse or Data Analytics area \nGood experience in below technologies \nOracle SQL/PLSQL \nUnix/Linux Shell scripting \nExperience with the below will be considered a plus: \nPython \nETL - ELT Tools \nData Visualisation tools \nYou will have the opportunity to expand your skills and gain hands-on experience with new technologies, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP). \nStrong knowledge of IT operations systems and procedures \nExcellent analytical, incident & problem-management skills \nSelf - motivated with strong time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple balls \nAbility to influence, mentor, and collaborate with agile development teams \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Greek & English and with both technical and business audiences \nExperience in Telco industry will be an asset \nNot a perfect fit?\nWorried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
