The role involves budget planning (OPEX & CAPEX), vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration combined with technical understanding with strong project management and analytical skills to ensure efficient delivery of fiber network initiatives.\nBudget Management\nPrepare, monitor, and report OPEX & CAPEX budgets for fixed access projects.\nTrack expenditures, forecast costs, and ensure compliance with financial policies.\n\nProject Management\nBuild the program/project organizational model and ensuring resources capacity to achieve on time project deliverables \nManage timelines and deliverables for ongoing technical projects (FTTx, xDSL).\n\nStrategy & Technical Enabler\nTake part in technical reviews and provide leadership to facilitate design and technical strategies for IP\nPerform risk management and change management as part of the program/project activities to make the business requirements of the external customers meet, including costs\nPerform capacity planning and dimensioning for Access & Aggregation network working closely with other Telco Operators/Providers to ensure NNI deployment\nPlanning, scheduling, and overseeing the acceptance & delivery of active equipment as well as the delivery of new services\n\nVendor Management\nCoordinate with external vendors for procurement and timely delivery of materials.\nEnsure adherence to contractual terms and quality standards.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nInterface and act as a liaison between Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and other internal & external stakeholders\nParticipate in the RFP processes, provide technical requirements and evaluate-manage active equipment vendors\nWho you are\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent. \nPrevious experience in Networking and related certifications in Access and IP and will be considered a plus \nStrong sense of ownership in driving end-to-end project delivery, based on company’s regulations & performance indicators \nAnalytical & numerical thinking, with the ability to connect the dots to drive impactful results\nNot a perfect fit?\nWorried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
