If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.\nRole Purpose\nResponsible for developing and marketing Fixed Connectivity solutions that align with the Enterprise Unit strategy, positioning Vodafone Egypt as a market leader in the Fixed domain while achieving target revenues and profitability.\nKey Accountabilities\nDeliver annual revenue for Fixed Solutions segments, achieving 30%+ year-on-year growth while managing product EBITA.\nManage the full lifecycle of Fixed products, from strategic planning and technical design to tactical execution, in collaboration with suppliers and internal technology teams.\nCollaborate with Marketing Segments, Sales, Presales, and Finance teams to achieve sales and revenue targets.\nLiaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the successful launch of new products and propositions.\nConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify the latest product features and follow through on their implementation.\nAchieve monthly sales and revenue targets across segments.\nTrack product P&L KPIs and conduct competitive market analysis to assess Vodafone’s positioning in Fixed Solutions.\nEnsure alignment with Vodafone Group Enterprise’s Fixed portfolio and customer experience guidelines.\nRole Requirements\nCore competencies, knowledge, and experience:\nExcellent cross-functional project management skills.\nStrong interest in new technologies and emerging global service delivery trends.\nStrong commercial acumen and business understanding.\nStrong stakeholder management and time management skills.\nGood knowledge of AI tools and their practical applications.\nMust-have technical/professional qualifications:\n3+ years of experience in the Fixed Connectivity industry, preferably within ISPs.\nGood technical knowledge of fixed technologies and different transmission media.\nExcellent knowledge of the product lifecycle.\nExcellent quantitative analysis and critical thinking skills.\nGood knowledge of Fixed Business sales and marketing.\nWho we are\nWe are a leading international Telco, serving millions of customers.
