This role focuses on delivering high-quality, maintainable code, enhancing performance, and collaborating across distributed teams to develop and support modern digital products.\nWhat you’ll do\nDevelop well-structured, maintainable, and documented code aligned with organisational standards.\nDocument system enhancements, technical changes, and improvements clearly.\nCollaborate effectively with distributed teams across multiple countries and time zones.\nContribute to multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless team integration.\nProvide accurate effort and time estimates for implementing technical specifications.\nWho you are\nExtensive experience (5+ years) in frontend development using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, responsive design).\nProven ability to build scalable web applications using React.js and TypeScript for large user bases.\nStrong understanding of state management, component architecture, and API integration (RESTful/GraphQL).\nExperience improving performance through optimisation techniques such as code-splitting.\nSkilled in translating design assets (e.g., Figma) into responsive and accessible user interfaces, including reusable component libraries.\nExperience with testing frameworks such as Jest and Cypress to enhance product quality.\nFamiliarity with frameworks and tools such as Next.js, Vue.js, Tailwind CSS, Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn, and version control systems (Git).\nAbility to modernise legacy systems using React hooks and TypeScript for improved maintainability.\nStrong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including development, testing, integration, and deployment.\nNot a perfect fit?\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
