This role is pivotal in supporting Vodafone’s strategic growth by delivering trusted, high-quality architecture and design services for complex product developments and customer solutions. The individual will ensure alignment with business needs and facilitate seamless development, testing, and deployment activities.\nWhat you’ll do\nDeliver end-to-end solutions architecture and design for complex cross-domain IT/IS projects in the telecommunications sector.\nCollaborate with stakeholders across Vodafone to ensure solutions meet quality, detail, time, and cost criteria.\nProvide design expertise across the Sell, Build, and Run assurance lifecycle, including incident management.\nLead architecture for enterprise products such as Fixed and Mobile Connectivity, Unified Communications, Cloud & Hosting, and Security portfolios.\nApply industry frameworks including TOGAF, TM Forum, and UML in solution modelling.\nDesign connectivity products including IPVPN, SDWAN, Ethernet, FTTP, and FTTC.\nManage third-party contributions to solution design, ensuring continuity and integration.\nCommunicate effectively with stakeholders, negotiate design decisions, and present solutions clearly.\nAnticipate objections and collaboratively improve service standards through stakeholder engagement.\nWho you are\nDegree-qualified or equivalent technical experience with 12-15+ years in IT/IS architecture within the telecom domain.\nProven track record in delivering complex, cross-functional solutions.\nStrong understanding of Telecom BSS and lifecycle processes such as Lead to Case (L2C) and Trouble to Resolve (T2R).\nSkilled in applying TOGAF, TM Forum frameworks, and UML standards.\nEffective communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills.\nCollaborative mindset with the ability to influence and drive consensus.\nNot a perfect fit?\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
