This role is based in Pune or Bangalore and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration. The individual will be responsible for designing scalable solutions, managing integrations, and ensuring platform stability. A strong understanding of business logic, agile methodologies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to succeed in this role.\nWhat you will do\nEnd-to-end development of ServiceNow applications, modules, and customisations\nDesign and enhance Service Portals to ensure full coverage of platform features\nImplement and manage complex third-party integrations using web services and plugins\nMaintain and optimise CMDB and Asset Management processes\nFacilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning\nAlign developed code with business logic and complex implementation requirements\nCreate and maintain documentation for development and compliance purposes\nCollaborate with developers, administrators, and analysts to ensure seamless testing and communication\nEnsure adherence to best practices, standards, and security protocols\nProvide training and share knowledge on ATF scripting and testing methodologies\nStay updated with the latest ServiceNow developments and recommend improvements\nWho you are\nA ServiceNow professional with at least 5 years of experience in development and administration\nProficient in-Service Portal development and customisation\nExperienced in implementing complex integrations using web services and plugins\nSkilled in client and server-side scripting, including JavaScript\nFamiliar with SCDL workflows and agile methodologies\nA critical thinker with strong problem-solving and time management skills\nEffective communicator with experience in team leadership\nPreferably certified with ServiceNow CSA and Micro certification in Service Portal\nNot a Perfect Fit?\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
