As part of the Consumer Marketing team, you will be responsible for managing cross-squad projects, focusing on digital transformation and simplification, fostering collaboration between areas,and accelerating the adoption of innovative solutions that positively impact customer experience andoperational efficiency. You will define, lead, and implement communications for products and services. Actingas a project manager for various customer segments, you will interact with different product managers, as wellas with finance, legal, and technology teams, ensuring an end-to-end vision aligned with Vodafone’s strategy.\nWhat you’ll do\nMonitor the market, including products, prices, and positioning;\nImplement and manage dashboards based on multiple data sources;\nIdentify business requirements and manage implementation projects, including cross-functional digitalinitiatives;\nPrepare documents and executive presentations to support strategic proposals;\nTrack product life cycles and share insights with other teams;\nAnalyse sales performance and market data to identify trends and opportunities;\nSuggest marketing campaigns considering sales, costs, and margins;\nPresent data from different perspectives, design and develop relational databases for data collection andvisualization;\nConduct detailed analyses, generate insights, and respond to ad-hoc requests regarding businessstrategies, product offerings, campaign performance, customer profiles, data quality, and A/B testing;\nCoordinate projects between squads, ensuring strategic alignment, stakeholder management, and valuedelivery in digital transformation initiatives.\nWho you are\nDegree in Engineering, Management, Marketing or a related field;\nStrong analytical skills and experience in managing multiple data sources;\nBusiness acumen and negotiation skills;\nCritical thinking and problem-solving ability;\nExcellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to different stakeholders and contexts;\nMore than 5 years of relevant experience in project management;\nFluency in Portuguese and English.\nNot a perfect fit?\nWorried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
