In this role, you will work as part of an agile team to design and develop customer decisioning strategies, create smarter campaigns and processes, manage propositions and offer matrices, and support the development of agile user stories.\nYou will contribute throughout the project lifecycle, from scoping and requirements gathering to design, development, testing and go-live. The role requires experience in complex marketing or Customer Value Management engagements, along with the ability to connect strategic business and operational requirements to Pega Decisioning capabilities.\nWhat you’ll do\nDesign and develop decisioning strategies using Pega Customer Decision Hub.\nCreate and optimise customer campaigns and decisioning processes.\nManage propositions, offers and associated matrices.\nSupport inbound and outbound campaign management.\nContribute across the complete project lifecycle, including scoping, planning, requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing and go-live.\nTranslate strategic business drivers and operational requirements into suitable Pega Decisioning solutions.\nCollaborate with stakeholders across technology, marketing, data, digital and Customer Value Management workstreams.\nUndertake ad hoc data analysis and reporting using Teradata and Oracle SQL.\nContribute to the research, analysis, design, development, testing and documentation of solutions aligned with business and technology strategies.\nParticipate in solution and build reviews.\nTroubleshoot technical and operational issues using agreed incident and problem management processes.\nSupport knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.\nWork effectively in an agile, multi-project and production operations environment.\nWho you are\nEssential experience and qualifications\nYou have eight or more years of overall professional experience.\nYou have at least four years of relevant Pega Decisioning consulting or industry experience.\nYou have experience with Pega Decisioning architecture and frameworks, proposition management, Next-Best-Action Designer, campaign management and data platforms.\nYou have delivered Pega Decisioning projects across multiple stages of the project lifecycle.\nYou have at least two years of experience delivering complex marketing or Customer Value Management engagements.\nYou hold a Pega Decisioning Consultant certification.\nYou have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.\nYou have a strong understanding of customer relationship management and campaign management principles.\nYou have practical SQL and data analysis experience using Oracle and Teradata.\nYou have at least a basic understanding of Kafka or JMS.\nSkills and working approach\nYou can understand and communicate strategic business drivers and operational process requirements.\nYou can map business requirements to relevant Pega Decisioning capabilities.\nYou communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nYou work collaboratively across multiple teams and workstreams.\nYou have effective presentation, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.\nYou apply structured analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.\nYou are comfortable working independently while contributing positively to shared team goals.\nYou can operate effectively in a fast-moving, multi-project and production environment.\nExperience with Pega Rules Process Commander would be beneficial.\nExperience working in agile teams would be advantageous.\nNot a perfect fit?\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
