What you’ll do

Being part of an agile team, Digital Product Owner’s mission is to define and deliver all necessary strategic technological digital & AI enablers. Additionally, is responsible for creating and maintaining the roadmap of the digital channel, aligning with Vodafone Group and other teams’ development, to reassure architecture consistency.

More specifically, you will:

• Have end-to-end accountability for development of critical enablers to be used by other teams.
• Coordinate with other Product Owners the digital engineering strategy, roadmap and development based on market needs, competition and group directions.
• Prioritize value for Digital Engineering team and be responsible for the creation of product backlog increments (Themes, Epics, user stories)
• Manage digital channel roadmap and understand strategy, presenting direction and features to relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Work closely with Solution Architects on the analysis of features, technical feasibility and incremental delivery of product backlog items (epics, user stories).

Who you are

• MSc or BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in developing a digital product and proven track record for applications launched
• Strong technical background and knowledge of the digital industry and services
• Experience working with internal and external business partners, driving and completing concurrent projects on time and within budget
• Proven ability to read a business document and translate it into high level technical requirements.
• Understanding digital operations from customer facing functions to back office
• Strong communication and logical reasoning skills.
• JIRA/Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and organization skills
• Experience working with agile methodologies (e.g. Kanban, Lean, Scrum, Design Thinking) is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with both technical and business audiences
• Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with high levels of creativity
