Responsibilities\nExecute the M-Pesa digital product roadmap, ensuring timely and quality delivery\nTranslate business needs into user stories, product backlogs, and actionable requirements\nDrive enhancements to improve customer experience and digital adoption\nSupport development and optimization of mobile applications across digital channels\nParticipate in the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch support\nPrepare and maintain key documentation (PDs, BRS, user stories, and functional requirements)\nCollaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and cross-functional teams\nSupport fintech solutions including wallet services, merchant payments, and integrations\nEngage internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful delivery\nActively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.\nMinimum of 3+ years’ experience in Product Ownership, Digital Product Management, or a related role.\nExperience working with mobile applications and digital platforms\nProven experience in fintech, mobile money, or digital payments ecosystems.\nExperience in Agile environments and product development processes.\nFamiliarity with project management frameworks.\nKey Skills & Competencies\nStrong understanding of mobile app ecosystems and product lifecycle management\nExperience writing user stories, BRS, PDs, and functional documentation\nFamiliarity with APIs, system integrations, and digital payment workflows\nProficiency in tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills\nStrong analytical thinking and customer-centric mindset\nAbility to translate strategy into
