This role plays a key part in supporting management decision-making by delivering financial insights, forecasting future performance, preparing management reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. The successful candidate will contribute to process optimisation, strengthen financial controls, and support continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic global environment.\nWhat you’ll do\nManage financial actuals and month-end reporting activities for Tower companies, including P&L, CAPEX and cash flow reporting.\nCollaborate with Local Markets to collect financial inputs and support reporting-related queries.\nDrive process improvements and reporting changes to enhance efficiency and reporting quality.\nPrepare Monthly Performance Management Review materials using SAP, Power Query and Anaplan.\nCalculate, analyse and interpret financial and commercial KPIs, providing clear explanations of key business developments.\nSupport budget owners and the CAPEX Controlling team in monitoring CAPEX utilisation, identifying variances and supporting corrective actions.\nContribute to budget planning, forecasting and consolidation activities at Group and Local Market level and Support the analysis, reporting and continuous improvement of CAPEX budgets.\nDevelop inter-market CAPEX benchmarks and trend analyses, supporting knowledge sharing and best practice adoption.\nProvide financial analysis, commercial insights and project-related support to technical project managers and key stakeholders.\nDrive investigations related to CAPEX, IFRS 16 and non-financial KPIs relevant to the tower business.\nSupport and coach junior colleagues by sharing expertise and guidance during peak periods.\nImplement management reporting changes using Power Query and Power BI reporting solutions.\nWho you are\nAt least 5 years of experience in accounting, financial planning, controlling or financial reporting.\n\nStrong accounting knowledge covering P&L, CAPEX and leases.\n\nCAPEX controlling experience.\n\nUniversity or college degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.\n\nFluency in English.\n\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills.\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills and flexibility.\n\nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.\n\nStrong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.\n\nProactive, solution-oriented and self-driven approach.\n\nKnowledge of Power Query or similar low-code/no-code tools.\n\nNice to have:\nPractical experience with Power Query.\n\nPower BI knowledge.\n\nSAP knowledge.\n\nExperience using Copilot or other AI tools.\n\nExperience with reporting from databases.\n\nExperience supporting international stakeholders and cross-market finance activities.\n\nExperience contributing to reporting automation and process optimisation initiatives.\n\nNot a perfect fit?\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
