This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Quality Assurance, Development, and business teams to improve software quality through the maintenance, development, and execution of automated test solutions. The successful candidate will contribute to expanding test coverage, maintaining existing test assets, and ensuring reliable automated testing within business-critical processes.\nWhat you’ll do\nMaintain and enhance the existing test automation framework using VBScript (UFT) and Groovy (ReadyAPI).\nCreate new automated test cases for GUI and service components based on design documentation.\nExecute automated test cases and analyse test results.\nDocument test outcomes and communicate findings effectively to relevant stakeholders.\nMaintain and optimise the existing automated test suite.\nSupport automated regression testing activities and their integration into business processes.\nCollaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Development, and business teams to achieve strong test coverage and product quality.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing and development lifecycle.\nWork with version control systems such as Git to support test asset management and collaboration.\nWho you are\nExperience in test automation and automation frameworks.\nFamiliarity with ReadyAPI (SoapUI Pro).\nGood understanding of SQL.\nExperience managing automated regression test suites and integrating them into business processes.\nExperience using version control tools such as Git.\nBasic understanding of software development processes.\nStrong English communication skills.\nAbility to work in a structured and analytical manner.\nProactive, self-motivated, and quality-focused approach.\nStrong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.\nDesirable Skills\nExperience with test management tools such as ALM, Jira, or Xray.\nExperience with UFT (Unified Functional Testing).\nBasic knowledge of VBScript.\nExperience in Groovy scripting.\nGerman language skills would be advantageous.\nNot a perfect fit?\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
