You will design, develop, test, deploy and maintain modern SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.\nThe role requires experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint REST APIs, PnP PowerShell or PnPjs, together with working knowledge of Azure services, Entra ID and Microsoft 365 authentication and authorisation. You will collaborate with architecture, product, business analysis, user experience and development teams to deliver secure, maintainable and reusable enterprise solutions.\nWhat you’ll do\nDesign, develop, customise, test, deploy and maintain SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions.\nDevelop reusable SPFx web parts, extensions and components using React, TypeScript and modern development practices.\nBuild and configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, content types, metadata, views, permissions and information structures according to business requirements.\nDevelop business applications and automated workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate, integrated with SharePoint.\nImplement integrations using Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint REST APIs and other enterprise APIs and services.\nWork with solution architects, business analysts, product owners, user experience teams and developers to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.\nProduce technical designs, solution documentation, deployment instructions and support documentation.\nPerform code reviews and ensure solutions comply with development, security, performance and quality standards.\nImplement automated deployment and release processes using Git, Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices.\nTroubleshoot application, integration, authentication, permission, performance and production-support issues.\nSupport SharePoint migrations, modernisation initiatives, enhancements and legacy-solution remediation when required.\nMentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on SharePoint, SPFx, Power Platform and Microsoft 365 development.\nParticipate in sprint planning, estimation, design reviews, demonstrations, retrospectives and other Agile delivery activities.\nIdentify opportunities to improve user experience, automation, performance, maintainability and the adoption of Microsoft 365 solutions.\nApply appropriate security, governance and reusable-development practices across enterprise SharePoint environments.\nWho you are\nYou have at least six years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development, customisation, administration and enterprise application delivery.\nYou have substantial experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365, including modern sites, lists, libraries, permissions, content types, metadata and site configuration.\nYou have practical experience developing modern SharePoint solutions using SPFx, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.\nYou have experience with Power Apps and Power Automate for business-process automation and workflow development.\nYou can integrate SharePoint solutions with Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint REST APIs and other enterprise applications or services.\nYou have experience using PnP PowerShell or PnPjs for SharePoint development and automation.\nYou have working knowledge of Azure services, Entra ID, authentication, authorisation and Microsoft 365 integration.\nYou have experience with Git, Azure DevOps, code reviews, branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines and release management.\nYou have experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery environments.\nYou can troubleshoot production incidents, performance issues, access and permission problems, authentication errors and integration failures.\nYou understand security, governance, maintainability and reusable-development practices within enterprise SharePoint environments.\nYou can communicate technical information effectively and collaborate with architecture, product, business, user experience and development teams.\nYou can mentor junior developers and provide practical technical guidance across SharePoint, SPFx, Power Platform and Microsoft 365 development.\nNot a perfect fit?\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
