You'll be part of a global and diverse community, with many different minds, abilities, backgrounds and cultures. ;We're committed to increase diversity, ensure equal representation, and make Vodafone a place everyone feels safe, valued and included.\nIf you require any reasonable adjustments or have an accessibility request as part of your recruitment journey, for example, extended time or breaks in between online assessments, please refer to https://careers.vodafone.com/application-adjustments/ for guidance.\nTogether we can.\nWhat you’ll do\nManage demand intake and feasibility, working with project, testing and application teams to clarify scope, data conditions, environments, timelines, dependencies and acceptance criteria.\nPerform data analysis and discovery, analysing schemas, relationships, business rules and data patterns to translate functional scenarios into precise test-data selection or creation logic.\nDeliver test-data provisioning by extracting, subsetting, refreshing, cloning, masking or generating data using approved TDM platforms and scripts while preserving referential integrity and usability.\nDevelop automation and reusable capabilities, including repeatable workflows, utilities, templates and self-service solutions that reduce manual effort and improve turnaround times.\nManage requests through agreed ticketing processes, maintaining appropriate evidence, status updates, blockers and closure information while meeting service levels.\nWrite and optimise SQL for data analysis, extraction, transformation, validation and reconciliation.\nCoordinate with DBAs, environment teams, application owners, security teams and testers to resolve dependencies.\nSupport incident analysis and root-cause investigation for data defects, failed jobs and environment issues.\nContribute to Agile delivery through sprint execution, backlog refinement and collaboration within Scrum, Kanban or SAFe environments.\nSupport API integration and partner onboarding and testing activities, including reusable integration documentation, data mappings and technical artefacts.\nWho you are\nYou have a degree or higher degree in software engineering or a related technical discipline.\nYou have strong SQL and relational database knowledge, including joins, procedures, constraints, query tuning, data validation, relational models, keys and dependencies.\nYou have experience with relational database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2, MySQL or equivalent.\nYou have practical TDM engineering knowledge covering data discovery, subsetting, masking, synthetic data generation, refresh, cloning and referential integrity.\nYou have experience with K2View, Informatica TDM, Delphix, Broadcom TDM or equivalent TDM technology.\nYou have scripting and workflow automation experience using technologies such as Python, Shell, PowerShell, REST APIs and CI/CD tooling.\nYou are familiar with delivery and service-management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, Git and reporting dashboards.\nYou have practical experience working within Scrum, Kanban or SAFe environments and can manage sprint activities and contribute to backlog refinement.\nYou bring effective communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, attention to detail and a collaborative approach to delivery.\nExperience with API integration and testing, including ownership across the integration lifecycle, is preferred.\nPrevious experience within the telecommunications industry and SAFe Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.\nKnowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure, automation framework design and scripting languages such as Python or Go is beneficial.\nNot a perfect fit?\nWorried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
