Co-create advanced Machine Learning solutions that increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve customer experience, while strengthening Machine Learning capabilities across M-Pesa and Vodafone globally.\nKey accountabilities and decision ownership:\nDevelop data solutions through SQL, ETL, dashboards, and reporting.\nMonitor business performance through KPI tracking and channel analytics.\nGenerate actionable insights to drive growth and business decisions.\nLead campaign and commercial analytics including rewards, payouts, and performance reviews.\nBuild and deploy Machine Learning solutions that improve revenue, efficiency, and customer experience.\nCore competencies, knowledge and experience:\nExcellent analytical, logical and casual reasoning skills.\nAdvanced SQL expertise for query optimization and data extraction across multiple sources.\nProven ability to design, build, and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.\nCommercial acumen and business-oriented mindset to identify opportunities, performance gaps, and customer value drivers.\nEffective communication and ability to anticipate customer, competitor and market dynamics\nMust have technical / professional qualifications:\n4+ years of experience in similar big data and data science role.\nBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in quantitative fields like Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Journalism, or related fields\nSignificant knowledge of customer driven marketing techniques and processes\nProficiency in Python and associated data Science ecosystem, Machine Learning and Experiments Design.\nWho we are\nWe are a leading international Telco, serving millions of customers.
