Based in Cairo, the role is accountable for delivering new capabilities, service releases and upgrades across international markets, in line with agreed scope, schedules, budgets and quality standards. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams and engage senior stakeholders while managing project risks, dependencies and governance requirements.\nWhat you’ll do\nInitiate projects effectively, secure the appropriate approvals and establish clear governance arrangements.\nDefine and agree project scope, deliverables, implementation plans, success measures and acceptance criteria.\nOrganise cross-functional project teams to deliver agreed outcomes within established schedules and budgets.\nIdentify, engage and regularly communicate with stakeholders across local markets, technical functions and senior leadership teams.\nBuild stakeholder commitment to project objectives, priorities and delivery plans.\nManage multiple complex projects across the full delivery lifecycle.\nMonitor project progress, quality and expenditure against approved baselines.\nIdentify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, implementing appropriate mitigation and escalation actions.\nTranslate long-term technology roadmaps and priorities into structured programmes of work.\nEnsure that delivered solutions meet operational requirements and are ready for transition into business-as-usual operations.\nPromote solution stability throughout design, implementation and operational handover.\nCoordinate resources across a portfolio that may include up to five concurrent projects and approximately ten allocated team members.\nWho you are\nYou have a strong record of delivering projects on schedule, within budget and against agreed specifications.\nYou have experience managing multiple complex projects throughout the complete project lifecycle.\nYou have worked within international, matrix-based and multicultural environments.\nYou have experience delivering on-premises and cloud-based IT infrastructure projects.\nYou can implement large-scale solutions across multifunctional and multinational organisations.\nYou can translate complex service scenarios into clear and practical solutions.\nYou have experience developing and presenting business cases for complex projects or programmes.\nYou have established senior customer and stakeholder relationship-management capabilities.\nYou understand project budgeting, cost control, governance and risk management.\nYou can coordinate high-performing, cross-functional delivery teams.\nYou communicate clearly in written and spoken English and can deliver compelling presentations to executive and senior management audiences.\nYou hold a degree or equivalent qualification in computer science or another scientific or technical discipline.\nPRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile Scrum Master and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certifications are preferred.\nNot a perfect fit?\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
